Returns and Exchanges Policy

All sales of REP Athletics merchandise are final.

Due to the custom and limited-edition nature of our products, REP Athletics does not accept returns, issue refunds, or process exchanges for any merchandise purchased through our website, in person, or at REP events.

This policy applies to all items, including but not limited to:

  • Apparel (e.g., shirts, hoodies, shorts, hats)

  • Accessories (e.g., bags, socks, pins)

  • Custom or pre-order items

Exceptions

The only exceptions to this policy are:

  • If you received an incorrect item

  • If the item arrived damaged or defective

No Refund Policy

All payments made to REP Athletics for services are final and non-refundable.
This policy applies to all REP services, including but not limited to:

  • Group training sessions

  • Private lessons

  • Tournaments, camps, clinics, or special events

  • Mentorship or coaching programs (in-person or online)

  • Digital content, subscriptions, or virtual services

NO REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS, OR CREDITS
Once a purchase is made, no refunds, credits, transfers, or exchanges will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Scheduling conflicts

  • Illness or injury

  • Lack of participation

  • Changes in personal or work circumstances

  • Dissatisfaction with instruction or outcomes

LATE OR MISSED APPOINTMENTS
Clients who arrive late or miss a session forfeit that time. Sessions will end at the originally scheduled time to respect the next appointment. No rescheduling or refund will be granted for no-shows or cancellations.

PROGRAM COMMITMENTS
By enrolling in REP Athletics programs or services, you understand you are reserving a spot in a very limited-capacity offering. Your payment secures your commitment to participate fully in the duration of the service.

EXCEPTIONS
Refunds or credits will only be issued if REP Athletics cancels a session, event, or program without offering a suitable reschedule. In this case, clients will be notified and given the option of a rescheduled service or account credit.
